The empathy foundation.
Before you can care for others, you need to understand yourself. Becoming a Hero™ introduces you to the core principles of empathy, emotional presence, and human connection through guided online learning and real-world interaction with an older adult mentor. This is where every Got empathy? journey begins.
Objective: Develop self-awareness, communication skills, and emotional presence.
Opportunity: Students who complete Becoming a Hero™ are prepared for deeper engagement through The Mentor Experience™ and CarePATH™.

CarePATH™
Your future in healthcare starts here.
CarePATH™ is designed for students who feel called toward a career in healthcare. Through the Healthcare Career Discovery Module and The Heroes Blueprint™, you’ll explore what a life in care actually looks like — and take your first confident steps toward it.
Objective: Explore healthcare career pathways with guided resources and structured experiences.
Opportunity: Students gain real exposure to assisted living and memory care environments alongside measurable empathy development tracked through the EDE™.
